Guarantees: Deschutes Gift Company will give 30 day 100%
guarantee on your satisfaction on any golf product or gift basket you
purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving product
by phone or in writing. We will want to know the reason for
dis-satisfaction for the purpose of serving you and our future
customers better.
Product Disclaimer: You may place an order and your product
could have been discontinued or on back ordered. Sometimes due
to the season or our vendors decide to discontinue an item without
notice. Deschutes Gift Company does it best to keep up to date with
our vendors. Deschutes Gift Company will be in contact with you
either by phone or e-mail and will either refund your money or offer
another product which is similar to the product that has been
discontinued. We will let you make the final decision.
Gift Basket Disclaimer: Deschutes Gift Company reserves the
right to change out any product in a selected gift basket at equal or
more value due to product demand or item has been discontinued.
This rarely happens, but can occur during the holidays or
tournament season.
Large Orders: Orders of 10 or more will not be processed until we
confirm our vendor has sufficient stock to fulfill your order. If you are
having a golf tournament give us advance notice and order early and
should be able to fill your order.
Shipping: Deschutes Gift Company ships ground UPS unless
otherwise requested. Shipping rate will be more and will confirm via
e-mail or phone. All orders are shipped FOB Redmond, Oregon.
